A cooking holiday in Torino, Piedmont
Torino and Piedmont are CookinItaly's staff hometown, here we set up our "state-of-the-art" kitchen: a sum of everything we always wanted to have and normally weren't able to find elsewhere. A large professional kitchen, nice to see and live and wonderful to use, with top equipment, perfect lightning and nice position.
A few kilometers away from the city center, Relais Bella Rosina is an old country house that was restructured and tranformed in a small countryside hotel in 2008. The place was famous for being in the Mandria Hunting Park, where king Vittorio Emanuele II used to go hunting and... meeting his lover and morganatic wife Rosa Vercellana, called "Bela Rosina". Nowadays the hotel is in a park a few hundred meters from 2 championship courses and 30 minutes away from Torino city center.
Tip to organize your tripCook in Italy's packages are perfect to be part of your tour in Italy. When planning your holiday start by deciding the big picture (I want to see Rome, Florence, etc.), then plan some diversions from the most common tourist destinations. One of these will be Torino, where you will live a great culinary experience and discover a wonderful city.

The location
The courses take place in CookinItaly's professional kitchen. All the equipment is top quality and the kitchen layout has been studied to be functional to its destination: cookery courses where everybody participates to the action. The perfect place for individual cookery classes and special events.
Getting to Torino
Getting to Torino is easy by airplane, train and car. The city has its own international airport just 10 km. away from the city center, with direct connection by train and taxi. Trains get to Torino from any destination in Italy and from major European cities: France and Switzerland are just a couple of hours away!
A car is always a good way of moving in (northern) Italy: the highway system is really good in northern Italy and reaching Torino is very easy. All the hotels we propose have a parking service. Once in Torino getting to the school won't be a problem since all the hotels we choose are at walking distance.
